Elana is a facilitator and leadership coach who has supported large global and dispersed teams and organisations to work more collaboratively and with a greater sense of purpose. She has also helped small start-ups with as little as one person to grow into larger organisations. Elana is known for her ability to create a “middle ground” where leaders and teams can have purposeful conversations of what works, along with focusing on the issues that often keep them stuck. She thus enables new and innovative ways for teams to work together and overcome challenges and move forward.
